Bed bugs love to hide in electrical outlets, behind the baseboards, under the carpet near the baseboards and around window treatments.

Adding this inspection will provide the new home owner with peace of mind knowing that they will be moving into a home that is bed bug free.  This is a very cost effective measure compared to dealing with an expensive nightmare after your client has moved all of their belongings into the home and is left to deal with the stress and high cost of remediation.
